The client is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any material (e.g. poems or quotes) to be used in their Wedding stationery, therefore Vanilla Ice Design is indemnified against any action brought against us for breach of a third party’s copyright.

Copyright exists in creative works, such as hymns, for 70 years after the death of the writer.  During that period it is illegal to reproduce the works in any form without the permission of the copyright holder, or their appointed agent.  Therefore should you wish to reproduce the text of a hymn or quote from a person on an order of service you need the permission of the copyright holder.  Details of copyright holders of hymns are usually at the bottom of the hymn pages; quotes are usually followed by the author’s name.  Many hymns are out of copyright due to their age.
Downloading of photographs from this site without prior permission is deemed breach of copyright

Prices
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice, any increase will not however affect any confirmed orders.

Variations
Due to the fact our stationery is handmade there may be slight differences from card to card, this is not deemed as faulty.
If any product specifications from our suppliers change then we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as the initial order.
If stationery is ordered in stages then continuity of design cannot be guaranteed.

Proofs
Proofs will only be processed once the initial deposit payment has cleared.
It is the client’s responsibility to check stationery proofs carefully before proceeding with the order.
Vanilla Ice Design accepts no responsibility for incorrect personalized stationery if signed proofs were not properly checked and incorrect details were provided to us or, the client requests not to amend or view the proofs.

Vanilla Ice Design will not proceed with any order until the client confirms the proofs correct.

Deposit and stage payments
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the order, clients will be  advised  on shipment dates so stage payments can be made.  The initial deposit will then be taken off the final payment .

Ordering
Once an order has been placed Vanilla Ice Design will advise you of production dates for each part of the order, advising clients when we need additional information.

Delivery
If orders are posted to the client Vanilla Ice Design cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by any other third party.  If for any reason the order is delayed we will always inform clients immediately.

Order amendments
If client requires amendments after proof confirmation and production of personalized stationery has started, then this may incur an additional charge due to labour & materials invested, any errors on Vanilla Ice Design’s part will not be charged to the client.

Order cancellation
In the event of an order being canceled Vanilla Ice Design has the right to retain the initial deposit or, if cancellation is received after commencement of an order then Vanilla Ice Design reserve the right to collect the final payment to cover all costs already incurred.

If an order is canceled prior to receipt of signed proofs there will be no additional costs other than the deposit already paid.
